Our highly trained, skilled, professional sales staff work non-stop to not only help clients achieve goals, but surpass them. We pride our business on getting our customers production, with each member of our upper management team having over 15 years experience in the sales and marketing fields. All of our sales staff has at least 7 years experience in the industry role they fill here at Synergy. They have been thoroughly trained in all areas of selling including but not limited to needs assessments, role reversal consulting and probing, dynamic closing techniques, utilizing high-level tie downs, refined rapport development, relationship trust selling.

Our team also specializes in situational assessments and applying the assertive, over-the-top close needed to land those tough to sell leads. We are the closers, the leaders, the mentors for our clients who can get the job done while staying true to our professional ethics.
